Finished with a leather sweatband and steamed on a early 20th century block that gives it the perfect shape.

I produce hand tailored flat caps using the same cuts of the 1910s-1930s, stitched and constructed using vintage sewing machines and tools.
All proudly made in Los Angeles, California.
